    If client decides to postpone their event and transfer their event date over to a new one, N.A.S. (Nicky Avalo Studios) must be notified in writing within 3 months or more. Or within a reasonable amount of time.

    Set up is to start at least 2-3 hours prior to guest arrival to the event to ensure proper location, set up, and utilization of space between contractor, and other vendors attending the event.

    Client agrees to allow N.A.S. to use client/guests image and likeness, and reviews as a form of advertising including but not limited to; social media, web, print, and other media forms.

    The submission of the client deposit will be received as a clear indication of agreement to everything written/listed above.

    Terms:

    • The deposit is Refundable ONLY with regards to COVID-19 and/or any other medical emergencies. Proof of this will need to be shown in order to obtain the FULL DEPOSIT back. We apologize, but no other circumstances will be accepted. The deposit is also fully Transferrable. Please note, we must have the new date available in order to transfer without any fees/charges. The DEPOSIT is paid for the sole purpose of OFFICIALLY reserving/booking N.A.S. and reserving the event date.

    • The DEPOSIT officially secures/holds the date.

    • This invoice serve as records for what's due, what's booked, and terms.

    • If client decides to postpone their event and transfer their event date over to a new one, N.A.S. (Nicky Avalo Studios) must be notified in writing within 3 months or more. Or within a reasonable amount of time.

    • If any final balance is NOT PAID IN FULL 48 hours before the event date, a late charge of $100 will be added onto the grand total.

    • ***Weddings and Formal Events Only*** All vendors from our team who are working more than 4 hours on site, should be provided with a vendor meal (hot or cold meal via your discretion). All vendors from our team who are working less than 4 hours on site is not needed a vendor meal unless you choose to do so. (Your discretion). Dietary restrictions and guidelines for meals can be discussed prior to the event.

    • Set up is to start at least 2-3 hours prior to guest arrival to the event to ensure proper location, set up, and utilization of space between contractor, and other vendors attending the event.

    • If hiring our live musician team; please note it is a requirement for our musicians to be in a covered shaded area if performing outdoors. Otherwise we recommend indoors as a safety precaution for the protection of the instruments.

    • The client is responsible for validating the parking of our assigned team member/vendor if the event is taking place in; Chicago, Omaha, Detroit, Des Moines, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Nashville, Denver, and any other major cities.

    • Client agrees to allow N.A.S. to use client/guests image and likeness, and reviews as a form of advertising including but not limited to; social media, web, print, and other media forms.

    • The submission of the client deposit will be received as a clear indication of agreement to everything written/listed above.
